If you were to wander outside last evening, you would have found the ordinary, hum-drum, uninteresting (yet extremely necessary) things going on...
Some activity could be seen going on outside the shop.
Hmmmm, I wonder what this is all about?
Cherie could be seen walking around, searching for her "nook" in the front lane.
(no, this is not a normal occurrence, thankfully)
Back inside the shop, Steve was doing mechanic work.
Since the mechanic left, he's not only doing his normal administrative work,
but also all the vehicle maintenance and repairs-
Yes, that means that he's filling two, full time jobs!!
Last evening he was cleaning off the generator and repairing its exhaust pipe.
Another daunting task he accomplished-
A new, high powered LED light, installed in the bumper of the ambulance.
He had to remove the entire brush-guard and bumper to get it in!
Last, but not least for the ordinary evening events:
Like mother, like daughter.
Cherie was helping Shana deal with some people at the gate :)
Yes, these are the things that normally don't get much attention, that go unnoticed and un-praised.
Yet, without these things being done, the mission couldn't operate!
Not to mention all the other things going on behind the scenes-
Cooking, cleaning, washing, talking, driving, sacrificing... to name a few.
It all works together, glorifying God and enabling us all to work in this mission field, sharing the light of Christ to these people, and helping them in many ways.
