This Solar Water Heating System was donated to the mission a while ago.
We finally had the time to mount it on the clinic roof. It will be a lot easier
than running back to the mission to boil water. It requires only sun rays; the chemical inside
the tubes heats a cooper, 3 inch finger that is attached to the tube and stuck
inside the tank. It heats the water up to 180 F. Cold water runs into the headed tank, through
a bunch of coils, which are heated by the water in the tank. No electricity involved
and it's all gravity fed through the system and down into the clinic.
We'll see how it works.

As most of you probably know, the S.A.L.T. Program, (Shared
Accountability, Lending and Teaching) is under the Gospel to Haiti mission.
Darvin Seibel and his family live in Ti Goave, where it's run out of.
This team came to tour and meet clients and see what the program has done
the last 3 years since it started back here in the mountains.

Leonard Meador is one of the big chiefs back in PA that runs the program
States side. He brought the team over.
